Janet Jackson Was Reluctant to Kiss Tupac
Janet and Tupac were cute together in the romantic drama ‘Poetic Justice,’ but it looks like there was even more drama behind the scenes. Janet was reluctant to do any romantic scenes with the rapper because he had a reputation of being a ladies’ man. She went so far as to insist that he get an AIDS test beforehand (which is probably because at the time it wasn’t widely understood that the disease couldn’t be spread through saliva). Tupac refused to do the test, feeling insulted. But despite her pushback, Janet still had to do the kissing scene.
