The Blue Men Group?
This photo was taken at San Francisco’s annual Bay to Breakers festival, making it the largest gathering of people dressed as Smurfs. It’s actually something that has been replicated many times.

According to Guinness guidelines, you have to have your face, arms, and legs painted blue in order to qualify. But it looks like some of them broke the rules, especially the guy in the front. Where’s the blue face?
