11-year-old Rick Lagina had no idea that his future would be mapped out for him by flicking through a copy of Reader’s Digest in 1965. The magazine featured the legendary treasure of Oak Island, and Rick and his brother were further gripped by the tale when their father showed them an article about Oak Island in The Wall Street Journal.
