Bonding Over A Shared Passion
There are two types of people in the world: animal lovers and non-animal lovers. Often, animal lovers can bond and connect over their shared appreciation of all things cute, furry, scaly, and feathered. That was the case for Mariesa and Chris, as well. They were both completely obsessed with dogs and had trouble dating before they met each other.

In an interview with reporters, Mariesa revealed that she’d actually had to end multiple relationships in the past as her boyfriends just couldn’t cope with her love of dogs. Men couldn’t understand why she was such a big dog lover, and they didn’t like the idea of sharing their home with so many pups. Fortunately, Chris felt very differently.
